Fellow Wildcam Members. and Visitors  Let me introduce myself to those who don’t know me.I was born in Lloydminster Sask. on 08/27/66. I had a successful career as a journeyman auto mechanic for 24 years, but now have taken a water treatment/ maintenance position at a beautiful golf resort in northern / central Saskatchewan called Elk Ridge. www.elkridgeresort.com The Elk literally roam around the resort, mixed with some beautiful local Whitetail. I already have my stand location picked out for this coming archery season.  Childhood for me consisted of shooting gophers, prairie chicken, ducks and fishing pike, perch and walleye. I never hunted big game until I moved to the Saskatoon area in 1991 and met these incredible friends, teachers and now business partners. Brian, Derrick,  Andy, Wayne and Gord were all there for my first Whitetail and Mule Deer kills. And of course the lessons in cleaning and caring for my game. Being the younger one and a novice, I sure appreciated all the help. Hunting with Shane, Tony, Barry, and Don all came shortly there-after.  Since those early days we’ve all come a long way in our hunting methods and strategies. Bow hunting Moose is now our favourite hunt, as the weather is nice and the Moose in our area “usually” respond well enough for a kill…or a least a heart pounding adventure.   I came to this Prince Albert / Shellbrook area in 2000 after meeting my lovely partner and hunting companion in Saskatoon, Sask. We are fortunate enough to have deer living on our 157 acre piece of land, and with regular feeding, they seem content to stay.  I know you’ll enjoy our project, and invite you to become familiar with myself and the other pro-staff. I may even have a few pointers on how to get, or keep that “Huntin’ Truck” of yours healthy enough to haul out you’re next trophy!!
